Hills: This wonderful subdivision has estate sized lots, and we have created
some spectacular custom homes that lend themselves to the lifestyle that
The Estate of Grandview Hills has to offer. With our Architectural designs
and Designer selected finishes, no two homes are alike. We have distinguishing
design features that set our custom homes apart, yet they are more affordable
than their counterparts in the most exclusive areas of Austin. Each home
has its own unique view of the beautiful Texas hill country. All of the
homes in the Estates of Grandview Hills feature 100% masonry and range from
3600 sq. ft. up, many of the homes being well over 4000 sq. ft. with estate
size lots. Grandview Hills is located near the Four Points area of 2222
and RR620, nestled a mile off RR620 almost completely surrounded by a part
of the Balcones
Canyonlands Preserve. Most of the homes in the area actually share a
fence with the perpetual Federal Land Reserve and homeowners are treated
to beautiful sunsets, warm southern breezes and a great variety of aviary
color and song. The subdivision, because of its estate size lots, offers
plenty of room for private pools and outdoor living amenities. The Estates
of Grandview Hills is in the City of Austin and the highly acclaimed Leander
School District with a new Elementary school called Grandview
Hills Elementary. This school is well on its way to become an authorized
International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme. (There are only
14 IB PYP schools in the United States and only eight of them are public
schools. Our high school students attend the new
Vandegrift
High School. Our middle school students are at the brand new Four Points Middle School which is next door to Vandergrift High School.
Our utilities include City of Austin water/wastewater,
Pedernales Electric Coop, and Texas Natural Gas. We currently have two lots
in this subdivision that are available to build on.
